Do I need an appointment?
No, but it is strongly encouraged.
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, during Prom and Homecoming season, you may wait 15-45 minutes for a stylist to become available. We offer guests a heated patio where they are welcome to wait.
Wolsfelt's Prom requires that all customers are assisted by a stylist to protect the integrity of our delicate dresses. Learn more in our Guest Guide
Can I schedule two people on one appointment?
No, each individual trying on dresses must have their own dressing room and stylist.
What is your size range?
Wolsfelt's Prom is proud to carry dresses in store from size 000-26! Please partner with your stylist for extended sizes.
Do you provide assistance during my session?
Yes! You will have a professional stylist dedicated to you! Learn more in our Guest Guide
Do you offer exclusive gowns?
Yes, we offer a large selection of exclusive dresses in-store that can only be found at Wolsfelt's Prom in the Chicagoland area.
Can you guarantee that I'll be the only person wearing my dress at my event?
No, Wolsfelt's Prom does not register dresses with any school. The wearer makes every dress unique with their own way of styling, but please be aware that someone at your event may be wearing the same dress as you.
Are alterations included in the price of my dress?
No, alterations are an additional cost. Prices vary according to fabric, layers, work required, etc. Alterations are performed in-house and appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask your stylist or call the store for appointment availability.
What is the sales policy?
All sales are FINAL.
Wolsfelt's Prom will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Our garments are made from delicate fabric and require great care and attention. Although we try our best to protect our gowns in a dress bag, we still ask you to review the condition of your garment before checkout.
