Mistakes due to measurements taken somewhere other than Wolsfelt's Prom Changes in sizing due to weight loss or weight gain, etc. Sizing that is incorrect due to a customer's specific request for a particular size. We are not responsible for measurements not taken in our store. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections, however, special freight charges my apply.
